Amber to polished copper rum distilled from fermented molasses. Aged 8 years in used bourbon and whisky barrels and then finished in sherry casks.
This selected blend of rums from Barbados and Guyana is aged 5 years in the Caribbean and then aged another 3 years in Dos Cortados palo cortado sherry casks.
Bottled at 37.5% alcohol by volume.
