Brown rum distilled from fermented sugar cane syrup. Blend of rums aged from 6 to 23 years. in used whisky and bourbon barrels.

Certainly among the top classic rums available today. The aroma of brown sugar, pineapple and banana lead to a rich medium body full of dried fruit yielding to a sweet light smoky oak and molasses finish. Though this is the flagship of the Zacapa line of classic rums, don't overlook the other rums from the Central American distiller.

Bottled at 40% alcohol by volume.
