Brown rum distilled from fermented molasses. 5 to 10 years in used whisky and bourbon barrels.

Each of the St Lucia Pot Still rums in the Ministry of Rum Collection were distilled and aged in St Lucia then shipped to the US in the barrels in which they were aged. For details of each of these rums can be found on the Caribbean Spirits webpage.

In 2013, 17 barrels of St Lucia Pot Still rum were imported, four barrels were bottled at cask strength, 12 werre bottled at 93 proof and one was bottled for K&L Wines at 90proof under their Faultline label.

in 2014, 33 barrels of five to ten year old rum were imported and subsequently bottled in Jan 2015. Again, one barrel of five year old rum was bottled for K&L Wines at 90 proof and the rest was bottled at cask strengh.

Bottled at varies from 46.5 - 67% alcohol by volume.

There are 7 sugar cane spirits bottled by Five & 20 Spirits.
