Taking it's name from the word for 'harvest,' in Panama is the work of Pancho Fernandez who has been distilling and blending rum most of his life.
The aroma is rich with dark fruit and devoid of the light alcohols aged far less than this blend of rums aged at least 21 years in used American bourbon whiskey barrels. The body is smooth, slightly viscous and leads to a slightly dry smoky tobacco and charred oak finish.
