Skipper Demerara Rum (80 proof) from Guyana. I believe it's imported into Glasgow, Scotland, then bottled in a 700 ml bottle by Marblehead with a rather simple label. It has a classic rich Demerara flavor, but does not appear to be real old rum.
Then, a taster of Appleton 21 and Zacapa 23.

Ron Matusalem Gran Reserva (15 y/o) poured over an ice cube, allowed to melt for 2 minutes, then "plop" into the sink the ice cube goes.
Aged, smooth rum, slightly chilled, slightly diluted. Its a good night.

If nothing else, I will at the least sip my vanilla infusion project, that I started 24 hours ago.
Dropped half a madigascar vanilla bean into my inexpensive bottle of Cohiba to see how my little experiment is going.
Beyond that, I don't have an overwhelmingly great selection of sippers at home, so I'll probably have a little Pyrat XO reserve.

I will have some El Dorado 12 year old when I come home from work. I haven't had it before so I'm quite "excited" to try some after all I've read here about it. I bought that one and some Mount Gay Extra Old too, which I have never tried before either. I'll probably end up trying both. So a big thanks to all great people here who share their knowledge and help me out when it comes to finding out what to buy next. If only my Zacapa 23 would arrive soon.
Regards
/Stefan
