Wink My Intro

Hi folks,

I stumbled onto this wonderful site while researching an article for my Puerto Rican travel blog. I'm preparing a post for "Talk Like a Pirate Day" on September 19th.

Anyway, I'm a semi-retired photographer and graphic artist who's recently relocated to Puerto Rico from Alaska. I lived in Alaska for 46 years before making the move to PR last fall. I don't consider myself a Rum connoisseur, but this site is awesome. If you live in PR, hit me up. I live in Coamo on the South-side of the island, away from the hustle and bustle of San Juan.

The Scurvy Dog of PR, ARRG!

I'll save the link for my Blog another time...

Welcome to the fo-rums. It sounds like you're enjoying your time in PR. There are some great rums to be enjoyed there and the selection is only getting better.

Ed, I can't "get in" MoR unless I "touch" a specific subject. I'm on the iPhone.
I can't even pm you. It does look like some are posting though.

Wow, RD! Talk about corner to corner! Kinda like Maine to Hawaii.

Bienvenido mi amigo! Thats quite a change. My wife is from rio piedras (although her fathers from yaoco) and we usually make it back once a year. I haven't met a pr rum I haven't liked.
