lalie I didn't think they did vintages for molasses based rums, I could be wrong though. But for molasses...
Each year, location can be different in that the weather and soil can effect the sugar content each cane has. What effects it more I think is the processing, how effective they are in removing the sugar from the cane before it is molasses. Some molasses has more left over sugar than others.
I LOVE the info about the different distilleries, and can't thank you enough for that insight, its a real gem
