This thread is stale so I'll chime in. Every day. A tall glass. Hey my liver still works - but for how long? Look at my picture and you get the picture.

I would say at least once a week, sometimes more
I'm much the same way; I love my rum but I also like a good tequila con lima, a good sipping bourbon, or even scotch (The Dalmore 12).

I drink rum every other day. Sometimes a sip while I cook dinner, sometimes after dinner. I prefer drinking rum neat. It's a great way to relax and enjoy the original flavour.

I used to drink some daily, or as close thereto as possible. On January 2nd I started on a low-carb diet, and haven't any since because I can't have any during the "induction phase".

Longest damn weeks of my life...
Rum. It's what's for dinner.

I typically reserve my drinking for weekends, although there are some exceptions; Wednesday evening racing being one of them. Occasionally I will have a couple of fingers of one of my sippers during the week.

I used to be a weekend drinker. Then, I would hit it pretty hard with a wide variety of mixed drinks and cocktails of my own mixological renderings. I have amassed a wide collection of spirits and liqueurs, making drinks recommended in several old recipe guides. Now, I tend have a little somethin' evey night. And, I sip more than I "indulge". Recently, in addition to rum , I have been sipping some cognac. So much to learn, so little time!
