Oh you`re most welcome! get me out of my boring work and into the island of good rums, nice food, nice music and lovely beaches!
Maybe you could hire me as the IPB`s cook?

I lean more towards summer and into the fall for my rum season...though since the first of the year, I've been utilizing my rum quota for 'medicinal reasons'
Perhaps I should rephrase that as 'mental health medician reasons'

I find my appetite for Rum is the highest in summer during the months of May to August. In the fall and spring I really lean towards Canadian Whisky. And in the dead of winter Scotch seems to dominate.
There is nothing like an ice cold Rum and Coke when the thermometer peaks, followed by a nice sipping rum in a glencairn glass after my thirst is quenched.
Whereas when the Thermometer drops below zero I like to sit in my hot tub on the deck, sipping some nice scotch like Highland Park with a touch of sprite to open the flavour.
