Default Rum Seminar at Tales of the Cocktail

At Tales of the Cocktail 2011, I will be presenting '6 Rums you'll probably never have the opportunity to taste again.'

Although the full line up hasn't yet been confirmed expect to taste barrel samples of rums that may end up in rum blends in the future and some exquisite samples of rums that are in such limited quantities that they will probably never be commercially bottled.

When I dream up a better job, I'm going to take it. In the meantime, the research continues.

Ed,

Are you referring to Tales of Cocktail in Vancouver, BC or New Orleans?? Sounds interesting!
