Newbie hello

I'm Luna and am brand-new to the forum. I joined to get some advice from the "pros"! I was wondering, out of all the rums on the market, which are very smooth with a slight taste of either caramel, mint, or chocolate? ( I absolutely HATE soda, sparkling water, anything fizzy, so it'd have to be tolerable enough to just have on the rocks - nothing else added to it.) I really am not a fan of overly-sweet or super-fruity concoctions.... Please feel free to suggest any specific brands/types... (Something not too expen$ive either, preferably) I'd really appreciate it. Thanks for reading !

I thought Mount Gay Black Barrel had a bit of a caramel/butterscotch thing going on. However, I can also recommend R. L. Seale's 10-Year and La Hechicera. While having slightly different flavors, I think they're probably what you're looking for. The bonus is that none of them have any undisclosed added sugar or flavorings.
