Velvet Falernum finds a home in the US
Haus Alpenz importers will be coordinating marketing and distribution of Velvet Falernum starting next month. Hopefully this will help bartenders across the country satiate their craving for this quintessential Bajan product. John D. Taylor's Velvet Falernum was the first commercially bottled falernum in the islands. Today John D. Taylor's Velvet Falernum is blended and bottled by the RL Seale Co.

We're excited to have Velvet Falernum in the line-up, and more importantly, available again. The distribution will get sorted out over the next few weeks, but would suspect a mix of current Alpenz distributors and pre-existing distributors. Feel free to email or PM if we can be of any assistance.

Hi! I wonder where you can buy the Batavia arrak and the St. Elizabeth Allspice Dram if living in Sweden? London? Germany?

Hi Tiare - we're having discussions for UK and Germany distribution, though it may be many months. There are US web retailers that ship overseas, though it gets pricey with shipping. PM or email if you'd like assistance.

we need Velvet Falernum in South Florida. We have a tasting recently of rums of Barbados and were not able to get the product. I can recommend a few stores that will stock it as soon as it's available and we'll let our rum enthusiasts know about.
