Default Goslings Family Reserve

Has anybody had this rum? Is it worth the price?

Default It's a nice rum, but...

The Goslings Reserve is a nice rum but I've noted you mention also having tried the Zaya. I much prefer the Zaya 12 and Zacapa 23 over the Goslings Reserve. I suppose it depends on the price difference where you are though.

I definitely wouldn't turn down a glass of it but it wouldn't be my choice to buy vs those alternatives.

I'm the exact opposite. I'll take the Family Reserve over both the Zaya and Zacapa any day of the week. The Gosling's is about $60 in my market, and it's very worth it.

These three rums are very different one to another, it's really a matter of personal taste.
