I bought a bottle of Matusalem 15 .... I expected softer than Matusalem 7 years that I appreciated, instead I found it more dry. The 7 year old was sweeter.
At this point there something I'm missing. The most aged should be the same but taste less alcoholic and more mature??
Perhaps with a greater aging takes more the flavor of the distillate which was previously housed in the barrels?? (Maybe bourbon)
