Default glenn sinbad

Hi Im Glenn from Fleetwood Lancashire UK. Im a Fire Officer with Lancashire Fire and Rescue Service. Love the taste of rum and recently have been left a 70 year old bottle of Four Bells rum from Challis Stern Co. What I want to know is how much is it worth and how it will have aged if at all. I dont want to break the seal and then find Ive drunk a couple of hundred quid anyone any ideas?

I agree -- take whatever time to discover it's value to a collector/expert. However, with something like that -- if sold I'd pencil in an agreement if they open it that you be invited. Aging in a sealed bottle just doesn't happen but time does affect the rum. Good luck
