Default So, how do these Rum Renaissances work?

Would I be able to purchase any of the rums at the event? Perhaps through a local liquor store? Or, am I just in for a teasing taste of something awesome that may never be distributed in the USA?

Are some of the premium rums only available at the VIP tasting earlier on Sat and Sun or only at the VIP parties? Particuliarly refering to such locally unobtainable items as: Diplomatico Ambassador, Panamonte Reserva, the Dictador line and a couple of others.

Thanks for any info.

Regards, Mike

Heard back from The RR- There will be a local vendor selling some rums w/ some giveaways and discounts.

*For delivery to your hotel room onsite or shipped home if you are not staying onsite.*

Some of the new rums MAY be for sale if whatever approval processes are met.

I'll try to contact the vendor closer to the RR date and see if they will divulge what will be available.

Regards, Mike

Well- it's 4/11- latest word from Big Game Liquors is "The only one that will be available from your list is Bohemio"........... My question was re- Ambassador, Dictador, Dzama, Bohemio and just for kicks included the Panamonte.

Will post if I hear any updates.

Good Luck to anyone going- I'm undecided at the moment.

Regards, Mike.
