Am i the only one having a fridge that is packed with various booze-geek?

That is, i have the upper shelf which is full with various wines, cooking wines, syrups, ginger beer and other obscure bottles and jars etc and i keep getting comments from my kids about my "woodoo juices"...

Is it "normal" to have the fridge packed with those things rather than just foods as most people do?

Whats in yours?

I dont have the time to infuse and experiment (wish i did), but there are 7 different ginger ales and beers taking up most of a shelf. Simple syrup also.

I have a separate refrigerator in the basement rec room devoted solely to beverages. That way I do not have to perform archaeological expeditions in the kitchen refrigerator.

I have a shelf full of beer, ginger beer, juices, etc.

Other than that, I do a lot of cooking so my fridge is full of cooking ingredients as well as leftovers.

my main refrigerator contains numerous reductions, syrups, flavorings, rum creams, and various elements for making rum drinks and rum cakes. My small drinks frige contains many drinks kept at a cooler temperature.

In my fridges, Ive got approx. 25 cases of beer, 5 kegs of beer, 3 cases of various white wines, a bevvy of mixers including ginger beer, and 8 different juices.

While this may not be the place that I sleep, I sure as hell spend more time at my bar than home.

(in my home fridge, only food... all my rums are drank neat or with diet coke)

Now I feel guilty. Like others I have pretty much my own secondary fridge (but share the freezer). In it there's probably 75-100 or so beers, a few craft or limited edition root beers & the likes... a couple of ciders.

My syrups and other lab works are mostly taking up residence in the kitchen fridge. I'm not used to going all the way to the garage (an additional 20 feet, maybe) to retrieve my syrups.

Heck by the time I go all the way over there to get them, I could forget what I was going to the garage for in the first place! Fortunately I don't generally store more than 2 or 3 syrups at a time. So we aren't talking about shelves of borrowed space.
