I just read something on TC that blew me away..someone has discovered that Herrljunga Glogg (A Swedish Christmas Glogg) is a nice substitute for Pimento dram in the Navy grog..
"Just a splash of this stuff in the shaker brings a certain spiciness to the Navy Grog that is otherwise missing"
It is sold in Ikea in the Us..
And i have that in my nearby shop every Christmas..and never ever thought about that you can use it in tikidrinks...
But when you really think about it..its made after the same recipe since 1930 and it contains allspice, cardamom and ginger + some herbal flavorings.
