Guavaberry's new rum?

I understand a new rum will debut soon from Sint Maarten Guavaberry Company (http://www.guavaberry.com/guavaberry.htm) NV. This will not be a flavored or sweetened rum.

The company is also well known for hot sauces, Cariba Nativa rums, flavored rum liqueurs, perfume, a love potion and Blackbeards spiced rum.

I hope to get a sample of the new rum soon and will post a notice on the forum.

Oh Sigh...i would have loved to have their Almond, Passionfruit and Spice liqueurs.. and their Love potion (Bois Bandи rom) and their Habanero hot sauce...but typically they don`t seem to ship anything abroad except for the US and Canada.

I just discovered this company recently as a guest asked about it. Do they import to the US? and if so, do they have distribution anywhere in the northeast?

They participated in the first Cane Spirits competition in Ybor City in 2006 in the flavored rum category and won a prize.

I'll ask about distribution and see what I can find.
