Bitters

I thought I would start this thread down here in the food section. I need to increase my supply of bitters beyond Angostura, for experimenting in rum and ginger and other cocktails. Please enter your suggestions for bitters, and where they might be found in this thread.

I only have a few bitters: Angostura, Peychaud's, Ritter's Blood Orange, and Fee Brothers Aromatic.

Bittermen's, mentioned in another thread, and Gary Regan's (http://www.buffalotrace.com/giftshop/detail.asp?MasterID=100113) are two of the one's I use, when I can get them.

Iґm intending to soon start to try find some more bitters as well but i`m also thinking of trying to make my own, it would be very fun to do some experiment with bitters. What I have in mind is making grapefruit bitters.

I'm a big fan of blood-orange bitters. It is easily my favorite bitters I can find.
