Restaurant sjogras (seaweed) in Stockholm is a restaurant and bar ..it is said that if you like rum you like sjogras!
Duane Dove is a sommelier who is the owner of his own Cocoa Estate in Tobago. His restaurant Sjogras, boasts the largest collection of rum in Sweden. Here is rum and chocolate tastings..
They have 200 different rums..and some rarities like rums from the 20s and the 30s.

Thank you so much for posting this. Duane is an old acquaintance of mine, through the internet. We finally had the pleasure of meeting Duane in London in October. I've been trying to get all of the information together to make a proper post about Duane's efforts in Sweden.

Duane is a wealth of passionate knowledge about chocolate and rum pairings.

Please give him my best personal regards. Maybe he'll contribute some of his expertise on this forum. I've been looking for a proper link to his efforts.

Duane Dove presented a wonderful seminar on rum and chocolate at RumFest UK last October. Along with Ed, son Robert and I had the pleasure of spending some quality time with Duane and enjoyed his company very much.

I'm sure we'd all love to hear more about his bar and restaurant.

[The Rum Ambassador]

Yep Duane, was one of my mentors. (even if he doesn't know it) I first met him about 8 years ago while I was working as a global Ambassador for Appleton Rum in Sweden. He had the largest collection of aged rums that I had seen and we tried to taste all of of them. Sjogras is a great restaurant and the cocktail bar is wicked too. He now also has a Chocolate shop selling top quality (expensive) cocoa bars. The type that adds that extra quality and contentment when sipping an after dinner rum....
I'm hoping he can come again to this years UK Rum Experience in London before we travel out to the ST. Lucian Food & RumFest.

I`m planning to go to Sjogras for a rum and chocolate taste in about a month and then i will talk to Duane and tell him we all hope to see him at the UK Rumfest.
