This is a simple marinade:
1/4 cup Angostura bitters
6 ounces concentrated orange juice
1 ounces dark rum
1 ounce Cruzan orange rum or
2 ounces dark rum
3/4 cup melted butter
Mix and use for fish, seafood and chicken on the grill.
