This sounds interesting; an organic rum infused with fair trade hibiscus, organic ginger, green cardamom and kaffir lime.

I had to laugh at this though; "At a bold 70 proof, hum is best enjoyed on the rocks with lime and a splash of soda." Since when is 70-proof "bold"? laughing.gif

I'd still really like to try it, though. It sounds like lots of fun for cocktails.

HUM is an interesting product - bold profile of cardamom and kaffir lime and other flavors, light on the hibiscus (make no mistake, this isn't sorrell). You might think it could be called Hmmmm... There are some very talented folks standing behind the product, so lets see where it goes!
