Tesco special offers

Tesco have some rather complicated new special offers. The only one likely to be of interest to forum members is 2 bottles of Cockspur 5 star for £22.00. The offer runs till 13th July 2010, but only the larger stores stock Cockspur 5 star.

How complicated? Do you know what else they have besides the Cockspur 5 star?

As far as I can remember, you can buy two bottles of a restricted number of spirits for £22.00. The other rums include Lamb's white, but the offer also includes other spirits - can't remember the exact ones, but obviously nothing "top of the range". Next time I'm there, I'll take a closer look. I stress again that this offer is only available in the largest stores.

Right. I was in Tesco yesterday and had a good look. Apart from Cockspur 5 star and Lamb's white, the other rums in the "2 bottles for £22.00" deal are Captain Morgan, Morgan's Spiced, Bacardi Superior and Malibu.

They do have other rums, such as Mount Gay Eclipse and Wray & Nephew Overproof, but the prices are nothing special.
