Last year I gave my Doctor a bottle of Havana Club. He saved my life. He got his payment and I stopped by and gave him a "HC 7'. He loved it. Recently, he called me and asked to pay for another bottle if it were available. I am not giving him my last bottle. What Rum can I substitute for equal or better than?

Flor de Cana 7yr is the closest I've found, some would say even better

Another way you could go is Matusalem 7....or as this product is available in the US, (unlike the HC) your doctor may appreciate the 15 year more to match the original gesture.
