Reading it right now and really enjoying it. The author has a really great writing style-- he strikes the right balance of historical accuracy and lightheartedness, which is perfect for a topic like rum, that will always have that element of the exotic and adventurous to it.

Got my copy in the mail a couple days ago and am reading through it now. I've already learned a lot, love the way this is written with the historical info.

I enjoyed this book a lot, really enjoyed the history lesson and the info on how rum played such a huge part in the development of the new world.

If anyone has any other recommends of similar books please let me know.
