I look forward to reading more of your writings and hopefully see you in New Orleans. I'm going to be giving a seminar on sugar with Wayne Curtis and Jeff 'Beach Bum' Berry. We cooked up the idea after a couple of drinks with you and the other bloggers last year and it still sounded like a good idea in the morning.
