Legendario Rums are produced in Cuba, but exported wordwide via their headquarters in Spain. The local rep who provided me a bottle insisted that this rum was 9 years old, but my research indicates it is a blend of 1 year, 4 year, and 6 year old rums. Interestingly, the final blend is mixed with a small amount of Muscatel Wine and rested in American oak for a short while before bottling.
