Berlin!

Popping over to enjoy the BCB Bar convention in berlin this october! Does anyone know any extraordinary bars in Berlin? Specialised in Rum, or not.. Im a barfly living for the thrill of being impressed.

Heard Green Door Bar was good. Cocktail culture in Berlin are and has been booming for quite a while, its hard to keep track of where to go.

Please fill me in, if possible.

I remember their being a lady named the N.O.S.E who I think runs a rum bar in germany. You might try a google search for it. Cheers.

If you're heading to Berlin you should definitely check out the bar "Lebensstern" (http://www.google.de/maps/place?cid=16813437961005836214&q=lebensstern+berlin&fb=1&hq=lebensstern&hnear=Berlin).

They have over 600 (!!!) rums and hundrets of gins at the moment. The staff is very kind and aware plus they have incredible mixing skills. The bar style is classic and you'll find lots of rums which are not available on the market anymore. They also have a shop and their own Lebensstern rum.

If you're going there on the weekend i would make a reservation.

Other good bars in Berlin are:
