Do you have a handy link to US regulations? I was alo wondering which regulations the various Rum producing regions adhere to? Puerto Rico for example is that under US Regs?

Here is the TTB site (http://ttb.gov/). There are a lot of regulations so this is the best place to start.

PR is under US regulations but they have a lot of their own regulations as well.
