The Ritz Carlton on Key Biscayne has recently changed their Single Malt Scotch Bar to a Rum Bar. The selection is off to a good start and I have confidence that it will improve. The bar is in a cool library setting, though it is a little dark to read, but the elegant leather chairs are a welcome respite from the South Florida sun and heat.
