I have had the rhum, but that is one syrup I have not tried.

Trois Rivieres syrup is lighter and contains less sugar than Petite Canne Sugar Cane Syrup which is available in the US in some markets. It's good but like Berbician pointed out in the beginning of this thread, it should be refrigerated after opening.
