I live in Ontario, Canada where it might be said that the variety of available rums is woeful at best.
Would anyone be aware what is available in Ontario that would qualify as Rhum Agricole?
Thanks in advance..

I checked LCBO's product search page
http://www.lcbo.com/products/productsearch.shtml
I could not find any agricoles, no matter how I searched. I flipped through all the rums they had listed and did not see any agricoles. Even though I searched very thoroughly but they could still have some hidden away...
However, you do have some great rums available. The El Dorado, Pampero, Doorly's and Flor De Cana 7 stick in my mind.

I was wondering if you might find some in Quebec, maybe in Montreal.
You might find a store on line there, or you could take a day trip over. Since there is such a heavy French influence there, you might find some Rhum Agricole.

Thanks for the excellent advice. We were able to find all the rums you suggested Scottes and look forward to sampling them!
We are very close to the U.S. and particular Detroit Michigan. Is anyone aware of any rums there that would qualify as Rhum Agricole?
Thanks again in advance.
