Did any body ever see this bottling of CRUZAN ESTATE DIAMOND ?
A "batch" is mentioned on the labe, which in this case is No 190, but it has the same proof as the "regular" bottled one I know.
I found it in a liquer store in downtown Nassau.

My idea about it is that it might be an older bottling becouse it´s lable speaks about four years of aging, like the older lable here in Ed´s index.

good question....I picked up two of those bottles in Puerto Rico October 2008. Initially I thought they were the discontinued Diamond 5 year. But after a quick internet search with no luck...I am not sure what Cruzan line they are...

Seems like cruzan is putting out some different "feeler" rums to test the market. On a side note, the misses just tried the Single barrel for the 1st time and loved it. Pretty hard considering she is puerto rican and considers any rum not PR adequate at best. Go Cruzan, and cheerscheers.gif

No, that's an old bottle. I have one, maybe, from 3 years ago.

Of course rumdog007 is right on the money on this one. If the price for the bottle of rum in the picture is really $11.80 you should have bought all you could carry.

That product has been discontinued.

thatґs what i did today - okay, not all I could carry, but the two bottles that were left!
do you think that it might be different to the one we all know?
well, ones in a while I still see the regular bottles on a shelf here - maybe I can do a side by side comparison...
