I am in the Atlanta/Canton area this week visiting relatives. Does anyone know of any stores that have a good rum selection. I have lots and lots of free time on my hands. Thanks!

Back from my trip to GA. Found a few decent stores but nothing that had a huge selection of rums not available to me in DE. Did pick up a bottle of Pampero Especial which I wish I had picked something else instead. Tried using it up in rum in cokes since I could not really enjoy it straight....this is probably one of the only rums that tastes worse when mixed with coke...yuck...managed to find a "tolerable" paring with this rum with lime and ice....still not that tolerable...ended up using the rest in a BBQ sauce. Picked up a bottle of Lebalon which is available here in DE but this was the first time I tried it...was quite surprised how smooth this was straight. Wife loved it in a few Capirahanas (a little too much :) Picked up a few bottles of George Dickel that I can't find around here, Barrel Select and No8, also saw a Cascade Hollow version but passed on that one. For those not familiar with Dickel...this is a great Tennessee Whiskey that IMHO blows Jack out of the water.

Atlanta is a growing rum market, sorry I was traveling and didn't see this thread earlier. Mac's is one of the best in Atlanta. I've not traveled to DE so I don't really know what's available there. Glad you found something new to try. Leblon is a nice cachaca and getting better.
