Ron Zacapa XO in Cancun?

Does anyone know of a place in Cancun, Mexico that may carry Ron Zacapa XO? I have a co-worker going there next next week, and she's promised to pick me up a bottle if she can find it. :) I've even armed her with a photo of the bottle. If I could give her the name of a store that might carry it, all the better... Gracias.

I couldn't find any Zacapa rums anywhere in Cancun in October, not even in duty free.

I purchased a bottle of Zacapa XO last October in Cozumel, but for some reason I've never been able to find it in Cancun. Hopefully your co-worker will stumble across some!

The closest I have seen it is in Cozumel and in Playa del Carmen...

I was just in Cancun over the weekend and was sad to see the rum selection at the Duty Free store was miserable. No Zacapa, no Appleton, no Mt. Gay. Pretty much,the only thing worth bringing back was Barcelo and Flora de Cana. Very aggressive sales staff said they were out of a lot of things, but it looked like they simply didn't carry much more than what was out. Giant wall of tequilas, of course. BUMMER.

Your in Luck! There is a new store on the strip called La Europa. Great selection including Xo 3 mo ago. There main store is in town across from Wal Mart.

I was in Cancun last year, and they had Zacapa 15 in the duty free. They had shelf space for the 23, but didnt have any at that particular time.

I looked around a while and couldnt find any locally, and i certainly didnt see the XO, though i just saw a bottle in Grand Turk cruise ship port last week.
