I took a few fillets out around 12 yesterday and marinated them with MOUNT GAY Extra Old for about 5 hours. Of course I added garlic and a few other things but I must say it was very very tasty. I used part of a recipe I found here for salmon. My wife said it was outstanding but then again she love ron also...
