I was served this drink at Cantina Bebidas (http://cantinasf.com) in San Francisco a few days ago and liked it so much I went back for another, well a couple more.

La Favorite Blanc
Smucker's Orange Marmalade
Ginger Beer
topped with lemon juice and a lemon twist garnish

served in a collins glass with lots of ice.

If you look at the menu (http://cantinasf.com/menu.html) you'll see a slightly different recipe, but the above is the way it's being made, Cantina is quite new, they don't even have a sign yet, so things change and the menu hasn't been reprinted.

Do you know how much marmalade that is in the drink?

Between a tablespoon and a teaspoon. But before you ask how many of your local measurement units that would be, I'll add that I'd start with something like 10 cc of marmalade and then adjust to taste.

Good night. That sounds like an excellent recipe. I might have make one to have with lunch. If it is half as good as the recipe reads, I might have to amend my post re favorite cocktails.

It's one of my favorites but I've yet to make it as good as Janell at Cantina Bebidas (http://www.cantinasf.com/).
