Anyone tried this one? I was intrigued by the rather smoky character of it.
Almost like a Earl Grey tea infused cachaca (theres a thought,hmm...) or a slightly smokey whiskey.Definitely different from the others.
Review on my website:http://www.spiritsreview.com/reviews-cachaca-beija.html
Interested in other opinions on it.

I just wrote a blog post about Beija but its not posted yet. I find it different from any other cachaca i`ve tried in terms of fresh sugarcane flavour, my first impression was that of a good rhum agricole blanc. Its very herbally aromatic and is good for mixing.

Another thing that i found fascinating was their statement of being a virgin cane rum and a cachaca at the same time. Now i know they are in a new cathegory.

As for exported cachacas i would like to see more but only more of the good ones. Such good ones like the artisanal cachacas Rainhas Das Gerais and Abelha.(Abelha is sold in the UK)
