I found the link at the UK Rumfest site from the list of exhibitors. I hope to go to Vinopolis next week while in London to get some extra rum tasting in!! I also hope to visit the Ice Bar that is made from real ice somewhere else in London and sponsored by Absolut.

What you want to do is see the ice castle in Finland built every year for the Finlandia Vodka cup if you like ice.

Count, sorry I missed you.
I went to Vinopolis to see the rum section, a big waste of money really. They only had 3 rums to taste and 2 of those were from Barbados. The eastern European guy behind the rum bar knew less than nothing about rum and couldn't even pronounce the names of the countries or the rums. I ended up educating the people who were coming up to the bar, some even gave me more rum tickets for my trouble. I had to go and find a pitcher of water so the ladies did not have to drink the rum straight. The best part was talking to visiting NFL fans who were in town for the game. The Whisky Exchange next door had a fine selection of rums but did not ship to the Turks and Caicos for some reason. This pretty much summed up the whole trip!!!!
