Sydney is now blessed with three haunts to explore,

The delectable Victoria Rooms, Darlinghurst (about 20 rums, but they know what they are doing)

The over priced and inexperienced Rumdiaries in Bondi (81 rums at last count)

and the absolute must see for all rum lovers...Drum roll....

The Sugar Lounge, Manly beach... best damn rum menu in Australia, more than 95 rums on offer with bar staff who know how best to serve each and every one of them...and there is usually a bit of talent walking around as well.

cheers to that.

Thanks all,
I've been a lurker for a long time now, time to dip the toe in..

The rum train is starting to fire up in Australia I think..

May we live in interesting and rum soaked times !

Another cracker for you to explore is the Bayswater Brasserie, in Kings Cross,
I just discovered this place recently , a good mix of 20 or so aged rums, some Agricoles, and some proven performers...plus they mix a mean cocktail.

If you are interested for the Sugar lounge as well..
Henry Afrikas - The Sugar Lounge (http://henryafrikas.wucci.com/index.php?option=com_content&task=blogsection&id=5&Itemid=28)

One of those great places that always has a bottle of something new and exciting they have sourced or been given from whereever... just for those who know to ask. glass.gif

And the Victoria rooms, also already mentioned.. Don't you dare come to Sydney without visiting this gorgeous cocktail den.
