I'm finishing up some details in Chicago and heading to Washington DC next to talk about rum at the National Museum of Natural History (http://residentassociates.org/ticketing/tickets/reserve.aspx?performanceNumber=198492). That should be fun.
Then it's down to New Orleans for the 2008 Ministry of Rum Tasting Competition. I always love meeting new rum lovers and tasting some new and old rums.
When I've had all the fun I can handle in New Orleans it's out to San Francisco to work, yes drinking rum is work. If you're in the trade, drop me a pm, there's a trade tasting of artisan spirits that you should attend.
