In Georgetown, there is a restaurant called "Breezes" that has 3 rum-flights on the menu which are well thought out. But on my second visit, I asked if I could make my own flight ---- and they reciprocated with a very reasonable price, allowing me to choose a shot of each of any 3 of the 34 rums they have in their bar. Yum. What a great service to a budding rum-lover like me.
