What are the differences in tasting notes between these two?
Have yet to try the former.

I'm glad to see you found this forum, Bill. To me the Botran Solera is a little more complex and slightly drier if you are comparing that to Santa Teresa Antiguo de Solera which is slightly sweeter. Botran Solera isn't nearly as sweet as the Zacapa Centenario 23 which is made by the same distillery.
