Well, I should probably introduce myself too, as a newcomer to this forum. I'm from Denmark, so you may excuse my not-too-good English.
I'm probably the youngest rum-drinker in here, only 21 years. Legal drinking age in my country is 16 years (for some weird reason) so I’ve already tried a couple of rums, and my collection of rum includes:
Appleton Extra 12
Ron Pampero Anniversario
Pyrat XO (the old version)
El Dorado Spiced
Saint James Hors d'Age
El Dorado 15
Foursquare Spiced (excellent with ginger ale)
Angostura 1919
Angostura 1824
Almost the entire Havana Club-collection (including Havana Club Barrel Proof), Ron Matusalem Gran Reserva
Santa Teresa 1796
Gosling's Black Seal
Mount Gay XO
Ron Zacapa 23 aсos
Doorly's XO
Furthermore I have some different white, gold and dark rums to use as a mixer.
Besides rum, I also enjoy Bourbon and Cognac a lot (Especially my Blanton's and Hennessy XO. good stuff), and I’m also a brilliant Bartender/Mixologist who love discussing how a properly made Manhattan or Sidecar should be mixed.
Now, that was a little information about myself, and I’m looking forward to some interesting debates about everyone’s favourite spirit: rum.
