Comparison tasting

There just happened to be a nice selection of dark agricole rums out on my counter as I was re-organizing the rum collection. So a little tasting seemed in order. I was surprised at how often I preferred the younger to the older!

Early in the evening, or day, I prefer the younger agricoles but after dinner rhum vieux or a number of other old rums are just what the doctor ordered. I swear I've got that prescription somewhere here.
