Black Seal Rum

What do you guys think of Bermuda Black Seal rum? I am having a glass with some Barretts ginger beer "dark&stormy" as I write this. I have always loved a good Scotch but never quite looked at rum in the same way of a quality spirit. I am learning though.

That is the classic Dark 'n Stormy. I think you'll find rum to be a fine spirit though it lacks at least some of the cost and snob appeal of good Scotch. I think you'll find this forum to be educational, friendly and, like the rum in your glass, very approachable.

Its one of my favorite rums! i really like its flavor and its good both for Dark`n Stormy as well as for mixing in other drinks.
I like the black bottle too.

To me, Black Seal is one of the most flavorful and unique rums on the market, especially for the price. In respect to price, it occupies the lower end of my collection. In other words, at $15 for a bottle, it's not something I have to think about when I buy it. Flavor it has.
